Season’s Greetings, See You Next Year

Categories: General Dave Rathbun @ 1:33 am

At this point I am throwing in the towel and admitting that I won’t be betting any more blog posts out this year. Fortunately, this year is only a few more days. 🙂 I have a lot planned, and hope to have a bit more time to get back to writing regularly next year. There is the European Insight conference to prepare for, the Quorum user conference, the release of XIR3, the news about what SAP is really going to do with Business Objects, the America’s Insight conference in the fall….

In short, it should be an interesting year. 🙂

Well, it should be an interesting year indeed: TITAN is on the horizon, what will happen to the whole EPM suite of BusObjects, which always lacked attention by BusObjects (the Performance Management part that is).
Will new players such as TABLEAU Software be able to excite customers with their very intuitive interface and rich analysis functions/dashboards?

    Will outsourcing become outdated?

    To a great new 2008!
